It has been a long time coming for me to finally share the wealth of experience I’ve gathered during my travels in Italy in a meaningful form — first through guidebooks, and now through a small ‘micro travel agency’.
The name Sempre Tours is a bit of a playful contradiction: on one hand, I’m trying to avoid everything mass tourism represents, on the other, it nods to old-school travel — the way we used to discover places. Mostly by relying on our instincts, with a map in hand, trusting the locals. And really preparing for it, longing for it.
Because the journey itself hasn’t changed, it is always special. We just sometimes forget to approach it that way.
